Former England captain Michael Vaughan commended the Indian women's team for their batting performance against England on Wednesday, but he couldn't help but criticize the men's team as well.
"Today's performance by the Indian women's team has been outstanding... It's encouraging to see that at least one Indian cricket team can compete in English conditions "Vaughan tweeted, presumably alluding to the men's team's performance against New Zealand in the World Test Championship (WTC) final at the Ageas Bowl.
India was all out for 217 and 170 in their two innings, with no player reaching a half-century. They went on to lose the match by an innings and eight wickets.
