Last July Month i installed ACT Fibernet at My office Location in Naraina and My Account Number is 110591566182 with ACT fibernet.
After Paying Money to ACT I was waiting for a payment receipt which it normally should be generated with in few minutes or max in an hour, but here I want to tell you they never send any payment confirmation neither by mail or text message.
My main focus to buy ACT fibernet was to Build a Server on My computer at the office and for that, I needed a Static IP (this was already mentioned in act mail when they sent plans to me)
After installation of ACT net at my office location, I sent a request by email for 2 Months static IP and they sent me amount of RS 472/- for 2 Months static IP, and I paid this amount to ACT fibernet.
After Payment of static IP, they provide me IP address after 3-4 Days and When I Checked Provided IP address by ACT on The Internet The IP was Blocked, Spam and Listed in Blacklist Due to Spread Spam
When I tried to find out the solution from ACT, I feel there is no Responsible and Knowledgeable Customer Care Person Who Can Help me on This Matter
After 5 Days of Installation my Connection, i Started Lodge Complaints at ACT Customer Care email ID and APP
Above Mentioned All Complaint Numbers are useless Just Make stupid to customers and Closed at their own without solving problems
