Sharing The Experience of Punjab National Bank Home Loan Department
I Had applied for a home loan from Punjab National Bank. I Went on 2019 November - December Month.
There was a Soni Madam who is in a Loan Department in Naraina Vihar Branch. She asked for everything which they need to apply for a loan.
From Here they started Harassment and Start the procedure very slowly Like a Tortoise
First, I provided all the documents like address, ID proofs, Bank statements, etc. Our and property which I am buying
After giving all the documents, when we asked whether the loan would be available on this property or not, they said I don't know yet.
Second, She asked us for a sale agreement, and without that, he was not talking at all, we got the sale agreement made by paying money to the other party.
